Job Description
Via is a transportation technology company focused on transforming the world with its mobility technology. They are seeking a Field Operations Manager to manage operations in-person in a fast-paced environment, ensuring excellent customer experience and driving continuous growth. This is a fully in-person position with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Ensure operational excellence and an unbelievable customer experience
- Manage driver supply to ensure appropriate vehicle numbers
- Prioritize operational issues as the real-time point of contact
- Respond to driver feedback and live customer issues
- Diligently work collaboratively with a broad interdisciplinary team to scale operational processes
- Analyze, interpret metrics/KPIs to identify potential inefficiencies
- Willing to wear multiple hats and contribute on projects of all types
- Fluent in English
