Job Description
Via is a tech company transforming transportation using its mobility technology platform. They are seeking a Field Operations Manager to manage operations, drive continuous improvement, and scale processes in their Bayview, CA office. The role involves operational excellence, customer experience, and driving growth while responding to drivers and projects.
Requirements
- Ensure operational excellence and an unbelievable customer experience
- Oversee operations in person, managing drivers to meet demand expectations
- Manage driver supply to ensure appropriate vehicle availability
- Respond to driver feedback and live customer issues
- Analyze, interpret metrics/KPIs to identify inefficiencies
- Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team
- Fluent in English
- Experience with multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
