Capture Manager-Veterans Affairs (Remote Opportunity)

We are seeking a Capture Manager for a 100% remote position to drive growth in federal health IT, focusing on leading capture efforts with the Department of Veterans Affairs and other civilian agencies.

Requirements

• Pursue new business development opportunities from capture decision to contract award.
• Identify and qualify federal contract opportunities through market research, networking, and capture planning.
• Develop and execute tailored capture plans, including win themes, competitive analysis, and teaming approaches.
• Lead the capture process by coordinating cross-functional teams (technical, business development, proposal, legal) to shape solutions and proposals.
• Support proposal development by contributing to technical solutions, management volumes, past performance documentation, and pricing strategies.
