Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Capture Manager for a 100% remote position to lead business growth within the Defense Health Agency (DHA). The ideal candidate brings a track record of success leading complex capture efforts and delivering measurable growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 7+ years of experience in capture management, business development, or proposal leadership within DHA or government health IT programs.
- Demonstrated success leading captures exceeding $20M+ in value.
- Established relationships and proven success engaging DHA decision-makers and contracting officers.
- Background in technology or management consulting, including ERP applications, cloud modernization, or system integration.
- Strong understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle, IDIQ/GWAC vehicles, and procurement processes.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and government leadership.
- Strategic thinker with excellent organizational, analytical, and writing skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, GovWin, SAM.gov, and Microsoft Office Suite.
