Capture Manager-HHS (Remote Opportunity)

We are seeking a goal-oriented Capture Manager for a 100% remote position to drive new business opportunities within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and its sub-agencies. This position is ideal for a savvy Capture professional with deep market knowledge, strong networks, and a proven ability to lead winning pursuits in federal healthcare IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of experience in capture management or business development within HHS, CMS, NIH, FDA, or CDC environments.
• Proven track record of winning large-scale federal healthcare IT contracts ($20M+).
• Strong network and established relationships with decision-makers across HHS and its agencies.
• Background in technology or management consulting, including ERP systems, application modernization, cloud, or integration.
• Deep understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle, IDIQs/GWACs, and competitive bid processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical, organizational, and writing abilities.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, GovWin, SAM.gov, and Microsoft Office Suite.
