Usercentrics is a global leader in data privacy and privacy-led marketing solutions. We are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will act as the operational backbone and sparring partner for our Customer Success & Account Management teams, leading and coordinating initiatives to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and driving customer retention, growth, and expansion.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years in Revenue or Customer Success Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of B2B Saas Customer Success and Account Management operating cadences
- Proven experience in leading GTM initiatives without direct authority
- Fluency in B2B Saas metrics and funnel models
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong familiarity with the general GTM tech stack and specialized Customer Success tools and systems
- Experience operating across EMEA and US regions
- Business fluent in English
