As a Revenue Operations Specialist for Customer Success & Account Management, you will act as the operational backbone and sparring partner for the respective GTM leaders, owning the operating cadence and rhythms for Customer Success Managers and Account Managers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years in Revenue or Customer Success Operations in a B2B SaaS environment in a mature RevOps organization
- Strong understanding of B2B Saas Customer Success and Account Management operating cadences
- Proven experience in leading GTM initiatives without direct authority that had measurable business impact
- Fluency in B2B Saas metrics and funnel models
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong familiarity with the general GTM tech stack, specialized Customer Success tools and systems
- Experience operating across EMEA and US regions
- Business fluent in English
