Usercentrics is a global leader in consent management platforms (CMP). As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will act as the operational backbone for the Customer Success team, owning the operating cadence and rhythms, and leading initiatives to ensure teams run smoothly and improve customer retention and growth. You will work closely with Revenue Ops Analysts, Enablement, and GTM Tools & Innovation teams to drive implementation, adoption, and scalability. You will partner with Customer Success leaders, analytics, and other teams to make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.
