Job Description
Uptalent.io is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to expand their client base and foster strategic partnerships. The role involves identifying and generating leads, developing and nurturing partnerships, managing sales pipelines, and maintaining client relationships. Success will be measured by lead generation and achievement of sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
