Job Description
Unit is seeking a Talent Partner to join their Global People team. The successful candidate will own the full-cycle recruiting process, operating as a strategic partner to hiring managers. This role involves hiring for business-critical positions that require strong stakeholder partnership, sound judgment, and a deep understanding of the talent market.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role
- At least two years in a high-growth, high-tech environment
- Experience recruiting for business-facing, go-to-market, or other non-technical roles
- Proficient with AI and ability to implement AI processes in hiring
- Exceptional sourcing skills and ability to find high-quality candidates through strategic outbound channels
- Collaborative leadership skills and ability to work with hiring managers
- Independent ownership and ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with an ATS to manage and optimize the recruiting process
- Fintech experience is an advantage
