Vilnius Development Company is looking for a Head of Project Management to manage important infrastructure construction projects in Vilnius. The role involves project agreements management, management of interested parties, analysis of development opportunities, work with documents, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• High level of education in architecture or engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in project management
• Certification as a head of a construction project or cultural heritage conservation
• Effective time planning and resource management
• Experience with MS Project or other project management tools
• Good understanding of laws and legal regulations related to project management and construction
• Fluent Lithuanian and B1+ English knowledge
• Impeccable personal and professional reputation
