As a Development Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the company's immovable property, evaluating its purpose, and making strategic decisions regarding rental or sale. You will also collaborate with architects, experts, and municipal representatives to analyze development possibilities and prepare IP management plans.

Requirements

• High education
• At least 5 years of work experience in IP development, management, leasing, or maintenance
• At least 5 years of project management experience
• Knowledge of laws regulating IP management, development, and territorial planning
• Knowledge of the principles of IP sale, lease, and development
• Proficiency in Excel
• Ability to read and prepare legal documents
• Native Lithuanian language skills (good writing skills)
• Knowledge of public procurement procedures (preference)
• Strategic thinking and the ability to analytically evaluate activities
• Good time management, work organization, and negotiation skills
• Unblemished professional and personal reputation
