The role requires high education, at least 3 years of work experience in NT development, management, lease, or maintenance, and at least 3 years of project management experience. Requirements

• High education
• No less than 3 years of work experience in NT development, management, lease, or maintenance
• No less than 3 years of project management experience
• Knowledge of laws regulating NT management, development, and territory planning
• Knowledge of NT (building, rooms, and land plot) sales, lease, and development principles
• Proficiency in Excel
• Ability to read and prepare legal documents
• Knowledge of public procurement procedures (optional)
