As a Senior CRM Marketing Automation Specialist, you will take ownership of CRM and marketing automation activities, translating data and customer behavior into meaningful, personalized experiences that drive engagement, retention, and conversion.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with advanced Marketing Automation / CDP tools
- 5+ years of general experience in CRM and customer lifecycle marketing within e-commerce
- Ability to independently own CRM initiatives from concept to execution and optimization
- A 360° mindset, with the ability to connect data, technology, and purchase psychology
- Experience running campaigns and personalization directly on websites (web personalization)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn behavioural data into actionable scenarios
- Fluency in Polish and English
