Foodics is looking for a dynamic Lifecycle and CRM Marketing Senior Specialist to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to manage the customer journey from pre-acquisition through to churn, automating marketing communications across all stages of the customer lifecycle to increase customer lifetime value and enhance customer retention across all markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or a related role
- Proven experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and behavioral analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
- Quick learner with a keen interest in technology and the ability to adapt to new tools and practices
