Job Description
The Construction Management Associate assists the Construction Manager in all aspects of construction projects, ranging from general contracting to larger-scale projects and property management. This role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, and coordinating with program management and administrative teams. The position is focused on facilitating the effective execution of projects according to project specifications and deadlines.
Requirements
- Collaborates with the Construction Manager and Sales Representative to define project scope.
- Review proposals and contractor interviews.
- Prepare proposal documents according to the Construction Manager’s instructions.
- Participate in site audits and meetings.
- Assist with construction phase activities.
