Job Description
This Construction Manager position is responsible for overseeing all projects from inception through completion. The role involves managing projects, subcontractors, sales, customer communication, and budget, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Success will depend on effective cost control, quality assurance, and proactive communication with all stakeholders.

- Contribute to, validate, and sign off on all proposals and specifications.

- Accountable for project cost/budget variance & profitability.
- Accountable for Quality Assurance.
- Understanding of subcontractor agreement and corrective measures.
- Proper letter notification to non-compliant subcontractor agreement articles.
