Job Description
This Construction Management Associate role supports a Construction Manager, assisting with all aspects of a construction project, from general contracting to large-scale repairs. The role involves working with various project stakeholders, documenting activities, and ensuring projects are completed safely and according to contractual obligations. The position is crucial for project execution and contract compliance.
Requirements
- Contribute to and validate proposals and specifications.
- Conceptual Phase (specification development, milestone establishment) & Program Planning Phase
- Design Phase
- Cost Estimates and Schedules
- Use of ebuilder
- Maintain project schedules
- Manage key metrics
- Coordinate with Program Managers, Project Administrators, and estimators
