We are looking for a Senior Consultant – MarTech & Customer Data Strategy to develop scalable marketing automation strategies, design cross-channel customer journeys, and connect business goals with technological excellence. The ideal candidate has several years of experience in marketing automation, a deep understanding of B2B customer journeys, and experience with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo or Braze.
Requirements
- Marketing automation expertise (B2B focus)
- Several years of experience in marketing automation in the B2B field
- In-depth experience with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo or Braze
- Understanding of complex B2B customer journeys and multi-stage decision-making processes
- Ability to think strategically about automation and campaign logics
- Commercial and data understanding
- Deep understanding of data models, segmentation logics, and event structures
- Experience with lead scoring & grading systematics
- Understanding of performance measurement, funnel logics, and KPI systems
- Ability to think about marketing automation architectures consistently from a business impact perspective
- Architecture & system competence
- Experience in CRM, CDP, and marketing automation setups
- Understanding of integration logics between marketing, sales, and commerce
- Ability to strategically orchestrate business, IT, and delivery
- Communication and consulting strength
- Very sovereign appearance towards C-level and senior stakeholders
- Ability to address critical topics clearly and constructively
- Excellent presentation and moderation skills
