Job Description
The Tom James Company is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support its sales team and contribute to the growth of the business. The role involves providing administrative support, client communications, order management, and assisting with sales efforts. Weekly on-site attendance is required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of office-related experience preferred.
- Proficiency in multiple forms of technology (Google Drive, Microsoft products, etc.).
- Basic accounting skills (balancing accounts).
- Valid driver's license.
