We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager, Merchant Growth to develop and implement strategies to support merchant onboarding, growth, and long-term success on TikTok Shop.

Requirements

• Develop and implement strategies to support merchant onboarding, growth, and long-term success on TikTok Shop.
• Identify opportunities and operational challenges within the merchant ecosystem, and design structured initiatives to improve merchant performance and platform supply.
• Partner closely with industry teams, operations teams, and product teams to translate strategic initiatives into scalable programs that can be effectively implemented by frontline teams.
• Leverage product capabilities and platform tools to build scalable solutions that improve merchant enablement and operational efficiency.
• Analyze merchant performance data and ecosystem trends to identify growth opportunities and continuously refine merchant strategies.
• Lead cross-functional projects to implement merchant growth initiatives and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
