TikTok Shop - Merchant Growth Strategy Manager

We are looking for a Merchant Growth Strategy Manager to develop and implement strategies to support merchant onboarding, growth, and long-term success on TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce strategy, marketplace operations, and merchant operations, as well as strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to identify business opportunities and inform strategy development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce strategy, marketplace operations, merchant operations, or related fields
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations, product, or merchant success teams
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to identify business opportunities and inform strategy development
