The TikTok Shop Partner, Strategy & Operations Manager will focus on core pain points within the Partner ecosystem, conducting analysis and providing insights to support business decisions. They will collaborate with partners to develop customized strategies, build a knowledge system, and design targeted strategies for GMV growth and merchant penetration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of operational experience in e-commerce platforms, with priority given to candidates experienced in strategy middle platforms.
- Deep understanding of partners or merchant operating models, with prior experience in managing partners or influencer agencies a strong plus.
- Experience in product operations or data analysis, with proficiency in using data analysis tools to identify business issues and evaluate strategy effectiveness.
- Strong project management capabilities, including cross-department collaboration, resource coordination, and project execution.
- Solid foundation in strategy formulation and execution, with exceptional business analysis skills, proactive and quick-learning.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating strategic logic and driving alignment across teams.
