The Video Safety Operations – Product and Process Solutions team plays a critical role in ensuring TikTok remains a safe, reliable, and scalable platform for its global community. The team partners closely with Product, Policy, Engineering, and Operations teams to translate new product features, policy updates, and operational improvements into scalable workflows that support Trust & Safety operations worldwide.

Requirements

• Assess and identify opportunities to improve Overall Human Accuracy (OHA) of human moderators
• Immerse in holistic understanding of the moderator lifecycle to identify risks in moderation quality lapses
• Design program strategy in line with the business metric of OHA, with a focus on calibration, training, and root cause analysis
• Contribute to leadership-facing forums with succinct communication skills and high data literacy
