Requirements

• Strong understanding of User Generated Content (UGC) platforms
• Extensive experience in Trust & Safety, risk management, program management, or related domains within the technology industry
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex programs
• Demonstrated people management experience, including building and developing high-performing teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large datasets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
