Program Manager (Bengali Speaking), Trust & Safety

The Program Manager will ensure that policies, programs, and systems work together to protect users and prevent abuse across our many features in the Bangladesh market and across the APAC region. The role will provide critical market-level expertise, improving safety and driving strategic direction to foster trust within and outside the Trust and Safety department.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of User Generated Content (UGC) social platforms, regional political, regulatory, and cultural landscape in APAC
• High oral and written proficiency in Bengali
• Strong knowledge about Trust and Safety issues, operations, and challenges
• Program/project or product management experience in a safety/risk control/anti-spam strategy environment
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with large volumes of data and able to do in-depth data analysis, interpretation, and reporting
• Familiarity with SQL is a bonus
