Wound Care Physician Assistant

Theoria Medical is seeking a dedicated Wound Care Physician Assistant to join their team and provide high-quality wound care services at skilled nursing facilities (SNF). This in-person role involves rounding, collaborating with wound care staff, and providing patient-centered care, with flexible scheduling and opportunity for growth. They are expanding nationally and seeking skilled providers.

Requirements

• Hold a valid PA/NP license in the state where they will practice
• Hold a valid NP/PA degree from an accredited institution
• Hold an active DEA license (If new graduate, Theoria will assist with your application)
• General Post-Acute/SNF knowledge or experience preferred
• Familiarity with EMR systems and charting practices
• Ability to lift or move at least 25 pounds
• Ability to observe details in close range (within a few feet of the observer)
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position satisfactorily
