Job Description
Theoria Medical is seeking dedicated, full-time Wound Care Nurse Practitioners to provide high-quality care at skilled nursing facilities. The role involves rounding, managing wound care, collaborating with wound care staff, and providing patient-centered services. Theoria offers a wide range of positions to accommodate various career stages and schedules.
Requirements
- Hold a valid PA/NP license in the state of practice
- Hold a valid NP/PA degree from an accredited institution
- Active DEA license (if new graduate, Theoria will assist with application)
- General Post-Acute/SNF knowledge or experience preferred
- Familiarity with EMR systems and charting practices
- Ability to lift or move at least 25 pounds
- Ability to move inside a facility frequently and briskly
