Job Description
Theoria Medical is seeking dedicated Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to provide high-quality wound care at skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). They are seeking to expand nationally and offer flexible scheduling with a positive work environment. The role involves rounding and managing the wound care of patients with wounds in SNFs.
Requirements
- Valid PA/NP license in the state of practice.
- Valid NP/PA degree from an accredited institution.
- Active DEA license (If new graduate, Theoria will assist with application).
- General Post-Acute/SNF knowledge or experience preferred.
- Familiarity with EMR systems and charting practices.
