Job Description
We are seeking a Director, Business Development to drive company-wide revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term commercial success. As a senior executive, you will lead the strategic direction of the Business Development function and develop a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with corporate goals and growth targets.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in Sales leadership roles, prioritizing new business development
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Google Workspace
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- Demonstrated success leading large, multi-regional sales or business development teams
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships
