Head of Data

We are looking for our next Head of Data to lead the data strategy of Tenpo, ensuring that the data is reliable, accessible, secure, and timely. This role is responsible for leading the data engineering team, data governance team, and defining and evolving Tenpo's modern data architecture.

Requirements

• Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related career
• Over 5 years of experience leading data engineering or architecture teams
• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing cloud-based data architectures (ideally GCP)
• Practical experience implementing data governance programs
• Desirable: Experience in the financial industry, fintech, or high-growth digital industry
