Analytics Lead

Tenpo is looking for an Analytics Lead to design, standardize, and lead the company's analytics practice, ensuring reliable data-driven business decisions. The role involves leading the analytics team, identifying business opportunities, building analytical solutions, and governing analytical standards.

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of experience in Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Consulting Analytics, or Data Science areas
• Experience leading teams, analytical chapters, or exercising technical/mentoring leadership
• Experience working with business and product areas in rapidly growing industries (ideally fintech, banking, digital retail, or e-commerce)
• Professional degree in Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related areas
• Postgraduate or certification in Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Machine Learning (desirable)
