Job Description
Tennr is hiring a Talent Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage, and connect exceptional talent across Product, Engineering, and/or Go-To-Market teams. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to uncover market intelligence, target the right candidates, and ensure that every interaction with Tennr reflects our mission and values.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sourcing experience in high-growth SaaS, MedTech, or startup environments
- Demonstrated success identifying and engaging passive candidates across technical and business roles
- Proficiency in advanced search techniques and sourcing tools
- Strong written communication and the ability to articulate Tennr’s mission and opportunity effectively
- Experience using ATS or CRM platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever with attention to accuracy and data consistency
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities
- Curiosity about market data, trends, and sourcing innovation
