Skylight is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner, Sourcing Specialist to collaborate with hiring managers and the Head of People Ops. This role focuses on building and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates, ensuring alignment with workforce planning and project needs. It involves sourcing, engaging candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Extensive sourcing experience at an in-house or agency environment
- Experience sourcing for technical and non-technical roles
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with Greenhouse (applicant tracking system)
- Passion for creating and ensuring positive candidate experiences
- Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic hiring process
