Job Description
Per Sé Group is seeking a Talent Sourcer to fuel their recruitment engine and identify top candidates for engineering, construction, and technical professionals in the Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, and Infrastructure sectors. The role involves sourcing talent, pre-screening candidates, and collaborating with recruiters to build talent pipelines. Requirements
- Source top talent using job boards, resume databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal networks.
- Craft and send targeted outreach messages to potential candidates.
- Screen and prequalify candidates for basic fit, availability, location, and compensation.
- Import and organize candidate data into Bullhorn.
- Collaborate with recruiters to prioritize open roles.
