Director, Operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, including 2+ years in leadership
• Proven success in high-mix, low-volume electronics manufacturing
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and quality systems
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
