Production Supervisor

We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins. As a Production Supervisor, you’ll play a critical role in driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage schedules, resources, and team performance
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 6S principles
• Familiarity with ISO and/or AS9100 standards
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance
• Associate degree in Electronics or related field; Bachelor’s preferred
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
