Director, Business Development

We are looking for a Director, Business Development to lead strategic growth in high-voltage interconnect solutions. The successful candidate will manage a team, forecast sales targets, identify growth opportunities, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Manage a team of 3–5 direct reports
• Forecast sales targets and drive results to meet revenue goals
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities and expand customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth
• Assist with developing presentations for major customers and prospects
• Utilize data analytics to assess performance and recommend improvements
• Define and monitor KPIs, providing regular reports to leadership
