Legal Corporate Specialist

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our HQ Team at Technogym Village in Cesena (Italy). The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, negotiating contracts, and providing legal advice to the business.

Requirements

• Law Degree with full marks (a Ph.D. in Law from an accredited Law School is preferable)
• Member in good standing in a European Bar
• 5-7 years of experience in corporate and contract law (in law firms or as in-house, preferable both)
• Strong legal experience in corporate and commercial matters
• Experience in managing external legal counsels
• Strong written and oral communication skills in both Italian and English
• Pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Good relational and communication skills and ability to thrive under pressure
• Proven track record of being highly effective in unstructured business environment remote from corporate support
• Process oriented with strong organization skills to manage multiple projects in parallel and prioritize competing demands
