Legal Specialist

Greenvolt Power is seeking a Legal Specialist to join their team in Italy. This role focuses on ensuring full legal compliance and corporate governance for Greenvolt Power Group, managing legal matters related to renewable energy projects, and supporting daily operations. The Specialist will be responsible for legal opinions, contract drafting, and regulatory advice within a business-focused context.

Requirements

• Drafting of minutes of general assemblies of management board and shareholders
• Taking care of legal assistance for companies
• Contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of real estate, commercial, and M&A agreements
• Providing legal advice and support on civil, commercial, and administrative law
• Preparing legal communications and reports
• Updating the legal agenda
• Developing and applying systems to ensure legal compliance
• Master’s degree in law with an apprenticeship
