Clinical Recruiter responsible for finding, filtering, and presenting candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for open practice opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional recruiting or sales experience with some college
• 1+ years of Physician/APP Recruitment experience or a minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good computer skills (word-processing, spreadsheet, database management)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision/direction and in a team environment
