Commvault Engineer- L2

This Full-Time role is for a Commvault Engineer-2, focusing on remote support for Compute infrastructure. The engineer will provide technical input, implement solutions, monitor service delivery, and manage technical relationships with customers. The role involves troubleshooting, escalation management, configuration management, and project management. The engineer needs a good understanding of hardware and IT concepts.

Requirements

• Apply technical knowledge to perform Operate and admin tasks on Compute hardware
• Resolve technical incidents independently and escalate when necessary
• Monitor service delivery compliance and manage change management
• Troubleshoot OS logs and hardware issues with support-config tools
• Work with customers and vendors to retain customers and build the business
