Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (or 4+ years of relevant inside sales experience)
- Technical aptitude or 1 year of experience in an industrial/technical sales environment
- Excellent record of customer service and satisfaction, with strong telephone etiquette and computer literacy
- Experience leveraging social media to identify and engage key decision makers
- Understanding of sales automation tools, the sales process, and CRM systems (SalesForce.com preferred)
