Job Description
Synapticure is a patient and caregiver-founded company dedicated to transforming the lives of individuals and their families living with neurodegenerative diseases through virtual care and wraparound support. They are seeking a Director of Partner Success to lead the long-term success of strategic partnerships with ACOs, health plans, and other stakeholders. The role focuses on relationship building, performance management, patient engagement, and identifying growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, partner management, or strategic operations in healthcare
- Proven ability to manage complex partnerships and deliver measurable results
- Strong customer mindset with a focus on partner and patient impact
- Excellent written, verbal, visual, and presentation skills
- Proactive problem-solver with strong risk identification and mitigation skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and cross-functional environments
