We're looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Florida. The successful candidate will drive growth by supporting our independent agency distribution channel, build respected partnerships with appointed independent agents, and provide exceptional support through outbound sales activity, inbound agent requests, pipeline management, and campaign execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of P&C insurance experience in underwriting, inside sales, agency sales, or account management
- Strong knowledge of independent agency distribution models
- Proven ability to influence production without direct consumer selling
- Strong pipeline management, follow-up discipline, and organizational skills
- Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
- High proficiency in CRM, agency portals, and rating systems
- Ability to manage multiple agencies and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Producer license or ability to get licensed required
