This role focuses on sourcing, segmenting, and connecting with prospective clients through data-driven outbound campaigns. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and eager to experiment with new tools and channels.
Requirements
- Build and manage cold outreach campaigns using Lemlist and ActiveCampaign.
- Source and segment lead data using tools like Apollo, Clay, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Write, test, and optimize cold email sequences.
- Automate workflows between Lemlist → ActiveCampaign → Calendly → ActiveCampaign Deals/ClickUp.
- Track key metrics and iterate based on performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine ICPs and messaging.
- Identify new outbound opportunities (LinkedIn, partnerships, etc.).
