They are seeking a Growth & Outbound Specialist to build and manage cold outreach systems, experiment with new channels, and convert leads. The role involves sourcing, segmenting, writing, testing, and automating outreach efforts.
Requirements
- Build and manage cold outreach campaigns using Lemlist (email) and ActiveCampaign (lead nurturing)
- Source and segment lead data using tools like Apollo, Clay, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Write and test cold email sequences + follow-ups
- Automate workflows between Lemlist → ActiveCampaign → Calendly → ActiveCampaign Deals/ClickUp
- Track key metrics (open, reply, call-booked rates) and iterate based on performance
- Collaborate with leadership to refine ICPs, messaging, and targeting
- Identify new outbound opportunities (LinkedIn, partnerships, etc.)
