As a Business Development Representative at STATSports, you will play a critical role in generating new leads, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving pipeline growth. You will use a data-driven approach and strong communication skills, working closely with our commercial team to educate potential customers about the STATSports platform and how it can help them improve their performance.
Requirements
- Prospect for new sports teams using a variety of channels, including inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and referrals.
- Build, schedule, and optimize outbound campaigns; analyze performance trends and continually refine outreach.
- Use data to build and iterate on an outbound sales strategy that generates high-quality leads.
- Conduct pre-qualification calls to understand customer needs, assess fit, and build early-stage relationships.
- Engage with new and existing leads through CRM tools like Salesforce to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Educate potential customers about the STATSports platform and its impact on athletic performance.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to nurture and pass on qualified leads to close.
- Foster a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Identify and recommend improvements in processes, efficiency, and productivity.
- Work with global peers to refine processes and evolve the BDR role.
- Continuously expand your STATSports platform knowledge and expertise.
