We are looking for a world-class Account Manager to join our team and provide best-in-service support to our professional sports clients based across North America. You’ll own the relationships we have with elite sports organisations providing training, sports consultancy and on-going support daily.
Requirements
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Provide Sport Science consultancy to clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territories.
- Deliver online and onsite demonstrations of STATSports’ new products and services products, to prospective clients and existing customers.
- Represent STATSports at external engagements.
- Contribute to internal projects, led by the R&D team which may involve, data collection, analysis and presentation of results.
