Senior Operations Associate, Specialty Care

We're on a mission to revolutionize mental healthcare by removing every barrier that prevents people from getting the help they need, when they need it. We're looking for a Senior Operations Associate to join our Specialty Care team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or project management
• 3+ years of experience working in an external facing role (e.g. customer success, consulting, implementation)
• 3+ years of experience working in healthcare, with a knowledge of the health plan & payer landscape (claims knowledge is a plus)
• Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
